Eat'n Park - Altoona

After 2 hours drive to meet my friend and his service dog halfway, we thought that would be a decent place to let her in and eat. Remember her is a service dog. I asked to sit in the back so we wouldn't disturb anyone. So we put ourselves in the back, order food, and when our food came the manager to our table and began to ask? Is that your dog? Yeah, she's a service dog. Can I see your proof? He gives her his card with evidence that she is a service dog. This lady said this dog is an emotional support dog and she doesn't welcome it. We had proof and everything. So we had to take her back to the car and leave her in the cold while we went back to eat. Long story short, never come back again! It doesn't matter if what a service dog she is. We had proof and the manager just kicked them out. She doesn't want to disturb anyone. Such a shame.

The service was better than the last time. The last time we left, the manager smoked the majority of the time we were there. Customers had come in, waited for 15 minutes because there was only one waitress running around like a chicken cut off with their head. This time it was the food. Our baked potato was hard dry as old. My fish was hardly warm when the waitress broke it out. Not impressed yet. Our waitress was great.

Eat 4-5 times a week. This is the worst breakfast meal/buffet I've ever eaten. Selection terrible and cold. Orange juice was irrigated who does it. Worst $37.00 I've ever lived.

Great service! Standard fare done well. The food arrived fast and it was tasty. The home fries were seasoned well. The blueberry pancakes were loaded! I wish this chain was near my home.

I really appreciate the warm atmosphere during breakfast time within this establishment. The food was hot and tasty. Our server was amazing!!
