Taco Bell - Altus Air Force Base

The order process was fine it’s when I actually got my food handed to me where the problems started I paid for the cantina box a number 2 which is 3 soft subprime tacos I got one regular and one crunchy I thought I had all three but when I got home I realized I didn’t on top of that I also ordered a chicken quesadilla for my child and I told them that I needed my quesadilla and they had the nerve to tell me that I was in the bag I was actively looking in I told them that I wasn’t and they still wanted to argue and the when food press went off and they pulled out the missing quesadilla i didn’t even get an apology I don’t know what’s going on but this is not the Taco Bell that I am used to I shouldn’t have to argue to get a portion of what I paid for and until someone does something about it I doubt I will come back to this particular Taco Bell either

They didn’t even put the meat in the taco come one now Taco Bell.

Great taco bell food! I also door dash and they are fast and friendly. The employees get my orders out in a timely manner.Thank you taco bell employees!!!

Everything is done on kiosk now and does not make for a pleasant experience. I'm sorry it is like this now. Taco Bell used to be a nice place to go. Sadly not any longer.
