Subway - Alvin

Twice I went in there and twice they were out of nearly everything. Even lettuce. The meat was skimpy and the spinach, they literally put two leaves on there. The service was friendly but it took 10 minutes for the two people in front of me. Never again will I go back to that Subway. Way too much money for a weak ham sandwich that was mostly bread.

Came into the store and was greated by a super happy bubbly manager. Melissa was super Enthusiastic about her job asked me about my day and suggested a sandwich for howni was feeling.

Good experience. Attentive friendly staff. Fresh sandwiches made to order, fast.Definitely recommended for the area.

Slow service. Ordered tea but later told tea machine doesn't work. Decided on lemonade so filled cup and turned out to be plain

Went in to get 2 sandwiches. When I arrived, there were 3 people in front of me. 20 minutes later, I walked out because it was taking too long. Only 1 person behind the counter was working. Management needs to fix these issues. If they don't have someone available to work, then the manager should be there working.
