Feedback gevenOrder wing online, ordering was completed in 16-20 minutes. 20 minutes later get wings. 10 minutes waiting for them and once given order went to the car. the woman checked the order and it wasn't ours. So went back and told them that it wasn't ours, they took me and gave me back. (luckily, none of us were sick. so it should have been safe) but then I waited a few more minutes for our order. to eat the sat house and the original hot wings I had ordered had a terrible taste. as if they were mixed with something else. in any case, it won't go back soon.
Holly our cash was super nice and helpful with our order, especially with not here in one. the food was fresh and hot!
Giving 1 star was generous. 2nd time I've been there and both times it was awful. Fries were overcooked and it seems that wings were breaded and overcooked too. I ordered hot wings and they were tasteless, really bland. So disappointing
The wings were hot and fresh. Rolls were AMAZING (put butter on top and would be perfect) Brownie is to die for. Unfortunately....fries were literally cool ?
I had an incomplete order when I ordered delivery, 16 classis wings had no sauce included. I called up there and they after some time of me explaining things, the guy who I talked to went back and fourth relaying what his general manager was saying and told me they would issue me a partial refund for my order. They wouldn't tell me how much. I never got the partial refund. I've tried to contact someone else by using wing stops contact form and no one is getting back with me. So someone please get back with me, issue me the refund for 16 classic wings, or I'll have to dispute the whole transaction with my bank and request a full refund since only the people who work for this company can issue the partial refund. My order was over $60 so I'm sure the company doesn't want to lose that much money when I'm willing to take a partial refund just for the incomplete items in my order.Thank you.
