Located on the banks of the Neman River, this restaurant is a beautiful spot with pleasant service that is quick enough. We decided to stop here for lunch while on the road. Visiting on a Sunday, we had to reorder 3 times as the waitress informed us that they often run out of ingredients by the end of the week. For starters, we ordered cheese donuts, which were good on their own, but the mayonnaise sauce provided was plain and detracted from the overall taste. The mushroom soup served in bread and the sauerkraut soup with ribs were delicious. The salmon salad was tasty, though the salmon itself was lukewarm. The pork kebab was mediocre in quality. We also tried the homemade kvass which was not too sweet and quenched our thirst well. The prices here are affordable. Overall, we don't regret stopping by, but we don't think it deserves a perfect 5-star rating.
