Applebee's Grill - Amarillo

We arrived quite late at 10:30 a.m., but the staff greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. Although the service was a bit slow, it was understandable since there was only one server on duty.

I have a quick question for the chef! Would you be willing to eat the food that the customers were served? Even my dog refused to eat it!

I'm a very picky eater (I'm a vegetarian) and I tend to be quite selective about chain restaurants. For example, I don't particularly enjoy places like Golden Corral. That's just how I am.

Food is always great! But the service seems the waitstaff hate to be there, not a welcoming atmosphere. Trashy and dirty would be the best I could describe.

I went in to eat with my kids everything was ok when I got my ticket I left a 15% tip which was $7.12 When I checked my I check my bank account statement they charged themselves $13. I dont know whats the point of writing in the tip if they are going to tip themselves what they want.
