Arby's - Amarillo

I ordered from Grubhub and had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. The restaurant did not have anything I wanted and they did not answer my phone calls when I tried to speak with a manager. The food was delicious, but the customer service was terrible. I suggest saving your money and going somewhere else.

Apparently you pay extra to get the Cheddar on a beef and Cheddar won't you?

You must be patient at this drive thru when there are other cars in front of you. Fries were not hot, just lukewarm. Fish sandwich was wonderful, but they forgot the one from jus with the French dip I ordered. Food: 5/5

I left a bad review some time, so I just felt that it was fair to leave a good review now. When I left the bad review, Arby went beyond and beyond to make it right. I am very impressed by the customer relationships. My food was great and I was treated as if they were very happy that I stopped. Kudos to you Arbys
