Arby's - Amarillo

Really good service. The employees kept the tables cleared and nicely cleaned. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Got to get back here again soon.

We went in for a late supper. The service was quick and the server was friendly.

The service was absolutely terrible. I specifically requested extra Arby’s sauce and only received three packets for my six items. I asked again, thinking she may not have heard me, and she responded incredulously, asking, “Well, what is a lot?” I said, “6 to 7,” and she just replied, “Well, how many are in the bag?” Seriously? Is it really necessary to be stingy with the Arby’s sauce like it’s a scarce resource? Of course, there was no name on the ticket—just "Order Taker." If you go, make sure to ask for extra sauce and double-check, as they seem to be hoarding it like it’s toilet paper during a pandemic!

While the fountain drinks were unavailable, the beef and cheddar sandwich paired with the French onion dip was truly delightful. Thank you!

The food was delicious. I ordered extra cheese sauce, but it wasn't included, and we also didn't receive the sauce for our chicken nuggets.
