Cold Stone Creamery - Amarillo

Worst place to get ice cream or shakes in Amarillo Texas. I been there 2 times with my family they gave me wrong order both times and wrong toppings both times. it's a waste of 55$ if you have a family. Their employees can't read and are stupid.

Had a great experience tonight. Ice cream was very good and I could tell it was good quality. Staff was very polite and store was clean. Much better experience than Marble Slab!

With a dairy allergy i was so excited to see the silk almondml milk base here. It is sooooo good. Wish there was a vanilla option, but the chocolate with Oreos was a great treat. Glad to see the option for an occasional treat.

Friendly staff got my order wrong. I ordered a cone and received a cup instead. Will not be back anytime soon.

My fiancé and I came here to try another ice cream place in town. At first we tried Sweet Charlie?s (which did set the bar really high) and sought to try another one. We had the birthday cake remix and banana caramel crunch. The ice cream really good. I particularly liked the birthday cake remix more than the banana caramel crunch; however both were delicious. I definitely will get much more ice cream here in the years to come. Cold stone creamery is a good competitor to sweet Charlie?s for unique ice cream in town. Also, big kudos to the staff. They got that late night rush and was able to get everyone?s ice cream to them as quickly as they could without much delay. Keep up the good work!
