Dunkin' - Amarillo

I absolutely loved the pumpkin swirl iced latte! It was fantastic. I typically order through the app, but it wasn't working yesterday. I used my free birthday drink instead, and it was perfect! The employee who served me was incredibly friendly too!

I absolutely love this location! The staff here is consistently friendly. Although I live near the one on Western, I prefer driving all the way to this location. The Western branch rarely has what I want to order, but at this one, there's never an issue. The girl who works in the mornings is truly exceptional; I've never seen anyone handle the front like she does, and she's incredibly sweet! I would definitely advocate for her to get a raise—she really puts in the hard work!

As someone from the East Coast, I finally found a Dunkin' that made my "light and sweet" just right! Thank you! The drive-thru experience was great, and the guy who helped me (I didn't catch his name) even convinced me to get a donut too!

Way faster this time around! Use the ap and it'll make things go smoother. Drive thru only still which is a bummer, but I have to assume it's staffing issues. The guy at the window was friendly and efficient, my husband's latte with an extra shot of espresso was amazing btw! So I had to add an extra star this time.

Had to use drive thru no indoor availability. Donuts were okay , and coffer not so much.
