Mcalister's Deli - Amarillo

Food here is great. During peak hours of lunch and sometimes dinner, they are significantly under-staffed at the time of this review, so the service is fairly slow. Regardless all staff are still very kind, polite and do a great job of making us aware of how long things take. Always enjoy coming here.Kid-friendliness: Great place to have kids

First time here, love healthy options available. Food was close to perfect, a little to much liquid like dressing in the Tomato and cucumber salad, hubby's potato salad was just ok, my chicken salad sandwich on Cresent was wonderful, hubby's French dip Angus sandwich was great, meat was tender and bread was soft. Got a oreo cheesecake slice to go to share. But it was the smallest sliver of pie ever, not a slice a sliver. That's why 4 star. For $6.48 it was to tiny. Our sandwiches totaled $28 which is kinda pricey but they were worth it. The pie nope. Skip the dessert. As far as service it was very good, and place was clean. We arrived for a late lunch not very many other customers so we received our order quickly. We will return when in Amarillo. It was on 34th st.
