Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Amarillo

The friendly people at this point will restore your faith in humanity. They were quick to get my order and make sure it was right and boot with a smile.

Popeyes is my favorite chicken place. Always! I found out they changed the recipe for spicy chicken. And I found out they didn't have Cajun Rice. Very disappointing!! And I also found out the original recipe. It's simple or not sharp now! Wow. When I was 16 years old, the original is sharp, or it was... Another disappointment... Otherwise I love Popeyes! Spicy Chicken, that's not sharp anymore!

My meal was very average. The chicken was hot, but not fresh. My side of the potatoes was warm, but not hard enough. Freestyle coke had only half of the drinks. No ice cream. It was all right. It's not satisfied.

Always out of something! You never have shrimp, although it is on the menu. Service was not super friendly and the waiting time was incredibly long for only four cars. Love their food, but probably not return to this place

Can't stand it when businesses use the word love in advertising. It's not out of love for the customers It's out of their love for money. I pay for my order to be made a certain Way and I am met with lots of excuses that can't even stand. I order again and specifically ask for what I want and still I don't get even though I am told yes we will make it right. No wings no legs. Nothing hard about this request.
