Subway #22070 - Amarillo

I ordered online, and forgot to hit 'toasted, ' and which not a big deal.. user error. The problem occurred when I attempted to change the order details.. no way to do it once you 've hit submit online!? Really Subway?? So.. I tried calling the store.. literally called 10 times.. not a single time anyone answered! Seriously guys.. come on. 2 stars if lucky Bad experience

People working there need to learn how to cook their bread properly. It isn't that hard. Also to the girl working behind the counter, don't mouth off to the customers.

Daniel made me one of the best sandwiches I?ve had there! I always get overwhelmed by all the possible combos and left it up to him to make me something good. Great customer service and great sandwich!

I order online to this subway frequently! They don't read your note on your order. I specifically ask for my salad to not be chopped up, they still chop it up, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap on Monday and asked for avocado on it, there was no avocado and no pepper. Now mind you I was charged for the avocado. Today I order online and I ask for pepper jack cheese they put American cheese! Wth subway!!!!! I call up there to explain all this to them the girl hangs up on me. I call back and ask for the other girl that works there but they were too busy. Not happy!

Twice in 1 week I tried to make an order. First I was at the store. Girl was sitting on the counter. Said I had to order online. 2nd time I was outside the store and tried to place an order to explain what I wanted. She said no orders on the phone. 2 different stores. Seems Subway doesn't want to sell products. I told both of them to stick it.
