The Brunch Truck Of Amarillo

We drove 3 hours to try this, it was so worth the drive. Some of the best vegan food we've had. Everything we ordered was perfect. I especially loved the migas. Even though it's a long drive we'll definitely have to come back.

You absolutely MUST stop here, don’t think about it just do it. We had the BEST breakfast we’ve ever had and a wonderful experience in Amarillo. Paul, the owner, is so kind and makes some of the best breakfast we have ever tried. Thanks Paul, you rock!

Really great food and the owner is very passionate and friendly.

The owner is a very warm gentleman who walked us through every item on the menu. He patiently answered every question. It felt like you were talking to a loved relative. Oftentimes, you go to a restaurant, and you get a meal that you probably couldn't replicate because of the unique ingredients and how it's garnished and plated. So their food tasted and gave you that home cooking feeling. Nothing too complicated. It just makes you feel comfortable and warm eating it. It actually brought back memories of my childhood. The location is behind the Greyhound station, in the parking lot. We didn't expect it to be located there, so we passed it up, but we were determined and eventually found our way there. If you just roll down the windows, you actually hear the music. Just follow the tunes.

Nice brunch vibe when you are in Amarillo, Texas. It ID located at The back pf the bus station. Staff is friendly the food was flavorful.
