Wendy's - Amarillo

I order a 4 for 5 and a sequence of the bacon pools... In total, 20 something came as I have the slightest idea and they refused to give me a reception and will not answer the phone..

Let me first say I love Wendys! You have the best fast food meat ever! So I said I want Wendys on Tascosa Street last night. Ordered by the app, after several minutes of waiting (which is understandable due to quality). When I got up to the window, the very rude Schnarchrotkopf was over terrible, decreasing and very short. I rolled her eyes after I said hello and thank you. Because of these employees, I will never return to Wendys on Tascosa Rd. For this employee, I apologize for having to work for me, hope that your life/day will be better.

We ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3. We ordered tea. They were outside. I wanted mustard and all vegetables. I have mustard. We tried to solve these problems. No one answers the phone. Several phone calls. We were asked to move forward like the car before us. We waited 30 minutes for our food. I doubt I'm going back.

Food is good and well joined together they are simply a lot under staff food: 5/5

Took forever to order (even with no line). Got drinks and waited for food but after 15 minutes it didn't come. Asked about it and no idea about our order. Told them and only got half of it. Just left with what we had. We will never go back there again.
