Feedback gevenMy man and I recently visited the family in amaroni. we were thrilled to find a casa da nanna to the corner of our apartment. we stumbled on a rainy, windy Sunday evening and drove back! the owner, mariano, has converted his house into a first etage brotbacke and a second floor restaurant. we entered a cozy, homely space heated by a wood stove. the restaurant was rustic and welcoming. we were feeling home by mariano and his staff and eating was great! we were treated with bradyle that tasted exactly as that of my grandmother many years ago. it was very difficult to choose from the range of offered panini, all made with marianos delicious brot. we returned the following night to an equally delicious meal and wonderful company. in our last night in amaroni, mariano treated us to an amazing meal of calabrese specialities. it was delicious! I can't say enough about a casa da nanna. from the host, the cook, the food. it was a highlight of our journey. we are back in boston and wish this restaurant was around our corner!
