Rooms are spacious. But our room window opened into the next room's balcony. We were very fortunate that there was no one in the room next to us for the 1st 2 days. And the last night of the stay there was a young couple who checked in to the room next to us and used the balcony. They were very accommodating and when requested, they lowered their voices so we could sleep in early Good location to get away from the madness at Lal Ghat

Shabby rooms with old rugged furniture, faulty shower and jet,weird smelling room and bathroom, decent restaurant but overpriced like a lot. Not worth the price. I stayed for 4 days but I will not call it decent, forget comfortable. Rooms need upgrade,doors as well,feels weird locking your room everytime with a key and lock. Beddings are shabby too and uncomfortable. Not a 4 star property,not worth it just for the sake of Lake view. Rooms: 2

Trust me. All the negative reviews are true. We booked a deluxe Lake facing room but all you can see from the room is just outside AC vents and the end of the lake which is even blocked by the electricity wires. For such over priced rooms, you get nothing. Highly disappointed. Won't recommend Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 2
