The restaurant is located outside the aldstadt, just about 20 minutes walk from the hotel allee park. it is a modern restaurant. there is no English menu, nor is English spoken. with our rudimentary restaurant german we did it well. the waitress was kind and. the place is specialized in carving, but also offers other common German dishes such as sour roast, crust roast, etc. there are several sorts of carvings including truthahn. each carving is offered in normal or xxl size and each offers a selection of wizard art (fried) or natural (drilled). also here is the beer design, dark and good.

A rustic, rustic local with old charm.Here there is not only carving, but also a variety of other dishes. changing dishes, seasonal dishes as well as Sunday roasts. Friendly staff, a plentiful card, solid prices, nice ambiente, pretty beer garden. all this is worth a trip. a lot of fun.H.D.

A taxi would have been the right way from our hotel near the train station. a cold winter evening with wind and rain. but the walk makes appetit, which is good. best carving in bayern. not made for tourist or american, but friendly. this place is a wonder from the inside, very German, with typical German families who feed, and solo men who drink. large portions, wonderful supplements with a large menu. when we were done, it was dark. we asked for a taxi, they called one, no problem. very reasonable prices.

The scavenger paradise in amberg offers petty-bourgeois cuisine in a rather older pub. the service is nice and the card offers, in addition to normal pet food, a carving card that also includes some exceptional variants. during each of our visits, the food was very delicious and the price-performance ratio fits. who wants a tasty carving should visit the carving paradise!
