As we crossed the area, we stopped because it was the first brewery when we returned to Ambert. First the outside is old as all the other buildings around. We enter it is 12:10 we greeted with the smile, placed and the order is taken 10 minutes after. The service works smoothly. Regarding the contents of the plates must be revisited. My wife orders tagliatelle veal ris, and I have a sausage with sliced potatoes and melted cheese. The ris turns out to be veal risures as the patauges in the sauce and pasta. And my not terrible industrial sausages, cheese melted almost cold on potatoes. If the next passage we will avoid this brewery.

It had been a while since I had come, I'm disappointed, it's no longer the good little restaurant I used to like. The kitchen is down. I don't know if there was a change of cook, but I won't come back to eat. Then the price of well-burned ice (6€ a white lady for example is very expensive while in Clermont Ferrand it is around 4€50) . Only positive point the smiling blonde waitress is always there
