Cafe Kayu Manies - Ambon

Kayu Manies Coffee and food located at the center of Ambon City near Ambon Plaza. They serves various kind of food, snack, beverages and coffee. They setting the place to be warm, old style and hommy. The food, snack and beverages all good and tasty. I love it.... The price is normal for me and i think for all people.

Most of the specialty coffees in the menu were not available. Several coffees that available were mediocre in taste and presentation. The only highlight was the interior decoration. The taste of food and coffee are so so. Doesn't mean not delicious but nothing special. Maybe I'm expecting too much for the test of coffee. The price is affordable. But for the atmosphere is really good, homy and comfortable.

It's a cute place to be honest. Everything was kinda nice. I hope this place can flourish more in the future. Add more floors and things to the menu. One thing that I like so much about this place is the atmosphere. It's full of people but not too much until make it crowded.

Coffee tastes just ok, baristas and servers are kind. I know I might be a bit too much for expecting good quality coffee from the price point. I ordered one V-60 Papua Coffee and one long black. They taste like it's been sitting for too long, but hey, it's Christmas season and maybe people around there are not getting used to drink this type of coffee. Overall, it's an ok experience.
