That was my favorite hotel where I've ever stayed. Hospitality went beyond and beyond the staff. They were so friendly and attentive. They learned our names in the first night we stayed and greeted each time they saw us. The rooms feel authentic, but also modern. You are super clean and have everything you could need. The windows that opened to the Tuscan countryside meant a magnificent view of the surroundings. The restaurant Cucina Donnaluisa is worth a visit, even if you don't stay in Il Verreno. The staff does such an amazing job. We ate two nights behind each other. Both nights we were complementary to Prosecco to begin as well as Amuse Bouche. The staff gave recommendations and helped to explain the dishes every night. They also offered us complementary Before dessert and post dessert (based on small pieces dessert before and after dessert we ordered). Finally, if you have a chance to stay here.
