Ordered on line from the parking lot on the app. Didn't get my second diet Coke or the chips they were busy at all so there is no reason to get the order

You would think something like, Freaky Fast Delivery would just be a gimmick for a new company and would eventually deteriorate into your average pizza delivery times. Nope! Just had a delivery and it was here so fast I swear they had to make it in the car on the drive over. Never ceases to impress me how quickly they get my order to me. Nice job guys!

Heather and the whole gang were outstanding for fixing a small mistake!!! Every employee we come in contact with are exceptional!!!

We placed an order for delivery, said it would be delivered at 8:20 tonight, continued to say it was being made on the app and never got an update. We went out to check just to make sure it wasn't delivered and it had been sitting on our porch for god only knows how long. We contacted them for a refund because by the time we found it, it had been sitting for well over half an hour. ALL THREE of the employees were extremely rude and hung up on us. The lady on the phone accused my mom of threatening her when all she said was she would come up there to handle it. She cussed out my mother and was extremely hateful. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place I've ever been. Will not be back and I hope they go out of business. waste of space.
