Papa John's Pizza - Amelia Court House

It might be a small place, but it has always served great food. I appreciate that the staff knows me, and I usually order from there every few weeks.

The estimated waiting time was quite accurate. The staff is friendly, and everything seems great at the Amelia location. I really like that it’s built on the site of a 7/11. The food is delicious. I absolutely love it!

Excellent service and fantastic pizza! The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Additionally, I felt pressured to pay for the order before it was completed, but I decided to wait until it was ready, which seemed to annoy the employee. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t cooked properly—there was too much crust and bread bubbles. The brownie was also too dry and crumbly. To top it off, their receipt printer was down, so we had to ask the manager to print it from a back office. I called Papa John's corporate for some sort of reimbursement and am currently awaiting their response. UPDATE: The manager was very accommodating. He reached out to me and wanted to make things right by sending a Papa John's gift card.

I noticed mice running around outside and even into the walls of this restaurant. The service was quite slow as the staff member seemed distracted, spending her time on the phone. She forgot to add bacon to the cheese sticks, but honestly, that's not the main issue since a place with mice is one I won't be dining at again. On a positive note, the lady was somewhat nice. 07/06/2022.
