Feedback gevenWe stopped by for a steak dinner and sat at the bar. The meal was excellent, from the soup to the bone-in Tomahawk NY strip steak. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!
Food was very good. Service was not. We were not checked in once during our meal- during which time a few things were needed. Other staff seemed to be present and keeping up with their tables. Unfortunately ours was not.
The absolute best waitress, n shame on me for not remembering her name. You should order the double fudge bday slice! Great job ???? Highly recommend
We are from Ohio and are visiting family when we stumbled upon this fantastic little steakhouse on Father's Day evening. Despite being fully booked and requiring a reservation, they kindly offered to see if they could find us a table – and they did, as it turned out to be the only empty one in the restaurant. Although they were a bit understaffed due to some last-minute call-offs, it didn’t affect our experience at all. The staff that were present were incredible. I observed every employee working diligently with smiles on their faces. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, swiftly clearing away empty plates and refilling our drinks whenever they passed by. The food was hot, delicious, and served in a timely manner. I will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area. I really hope the owner recognizes what wonderful employees they have. A special thank you to our waitress, Natalie S – you truly were a ray of sunshine on what was a tough day for us.
Additionally, we waited two hours for our meals as a group of six, and some tables even left because the service was so slow. To make matters worse, the owner was present, visibly intoxicated by 6:45 pm, loudly yelling at staff to clean tables and dishes. He was also making threats about firing certain employees while swearing at them. His behavior really brought the experience down to a one-star rating for me. I cannot recommend this place, especially since he seems to be there regularly in the evenings, creating a hostile atmosphere for the staff.
