This dedicated representative looks after my orders and helps me with various service requests, such as locating unique wines that may not currently be in stock at their warehouse. About three hours after placing the order, I sent an email requesting a change of the shipping address to my home in California, as I anticipated potential issues like this. I never received a response to my email. Instead, I got a tracking notice indicating that my package had been shipped on June 10, 2019. The tracking then showed that my package was requested to be returned to the sender on June 14, 2019. I called to get clarification on my order, and Arnaldo informed me that it had been flagged and was being returned to the sender. However, he said he could change the destination to my California address since he had received my email. He claimed he tried to call me, but I didn't answer as it was an unknown number, yet he never sent me an email to notify me of this attempt, even though he had received my new address. He reassured me that my package would be rerouted to my home address in California and was supposed to arrive today, June 20, 2019. However, as of now, at 10:58 PM, I have received no tracking updates and the package has not arrived. The tracking shows the package was successfully returned to the sender on June 18, 2019. I called again later in the day, and Arnaldo informed me that my order had been cancelled, and they had received the returned package. I received no emails to notify me of this cancellation, and by now, I was familiar with their number and would have answered if they had called. He told me I would receive a full refund and promised an email confirmation by the end of the day. However, no confirmation email has arrived, though I suppose he still has until midnight to fulfill that promise, which I find unlikely. Now, my refund is in limbo with no documentation confirming whether it would be processed, as everything was discussed over the phone. This has been the worst experience. I paid in full, and the payment was processed, yet this ordeal has dragged on for two weeks with empty promises and no action. I didn't place this order at the last minute, and now with my boyfriend's birthday next week, I will have to find another vendor for the whiskey. I have all the tracking information and order confirmation to substantiate this timeline. This was a complete waste of time and effort, and Arnaldo sounded neither sincere nor apologetic during our conversations. I would rate this experience 0 out of 5.
I store all my wine here, about 8 pallets in total. The staff is fantastic!
