Aubergine Kitchen - American Fork

A healthy, gluten/dairy free/vegan ?fast food? joint that is delicious and quick! I had the coconut curry with chicken and yellow rice. They were a bit slow to ring me up and no soap in the bathroom-my only complaint. I highly recommend going here if you are GF!

Love Aubergine! This location is usually less busy than Orem which is nice. The Thai bowl is one of my favorites and I LOVE that they have cauliflower rice since I?m grain-free

The restaurant was a bit crowded during lunch, but the line moved quickly, thanks to Mariah and the other talented staff behind the counter. I even had my Chicken Caprese Melt delivered to my table when it was ready. The sandwich was perfectly crafted, with the pesto sauce providing just the right amount of flavor without being overwhelming. It has a trendy vibe, but who doesn’t enjoy that every now and then? I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The cheese bread was a delightful surprise! It was my first visit to Aubergine Kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed. The Mediterranean bowl featured a fantastic blend of flavors. I also appreciate that they don't use added sugars in their dishes. I would definitely return, as there are many enticing options on the menu!

I absolutely loved my meal at Aubergine! I had the Great Harvest Bowl along with a strawberry lemonade, and both were simply divine. Everything I've ever tried at Aubergine has been delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficiently prepared my food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
