Aubergine Kitchen - American Fork

Love love love Aubergine!! I come here probably more than I should haha. The chicken harvest bowl is my go to. I love that I can feed my family here and feel good about all the healthy options and clean ingredients!

I took my mom here for the first time. She loved it. The service was quick, the food tastes great, and it is very reasonably priced.

We love Aubergine but have noticed this location is quite messy. Something that really grossed me out is seeing a worker knock over about 15 cups onto the ground at the checkout where everyone walks, and she put the dirty contaminated cups right back onto the stack of cups?!?? Having my food handlers license, I know that it is heavily emphasized that you NEVER use or reuse something that has fallen on the floor.
