Firstly, the menu is misleading, stating a lower price that doesn't exist—could this be considered illegal? Secondly, the staff clearly need more training in customer service. It’s frustrating when people are cautious due to potential scams, but that shouldn’t lead to rudeness and making customers feel terrible! Overall, I would rate this experience a 0/10 for the subpar service at Swig.

The management really needs to address the drive-thru situation! There are signs everywhere to help prevent cars from blocking the parking lot, but today when I arrived, there was a long line of vehicles completely obstructing the lot, with several cars stuck. I patiently waited in the designated area for the line to clear so I could move forward without causing any disruption, which I’m sure the people who managed to leave appreciated. Just as it was almost my turn, a woman cut in front of me and took my spot in line, followed by another person after her. It seems that if you follow the signs and respect the flow, you risk being cut off, while those who disregard the rules can block the lot without consequence. We used to enjoy coming here often, but I think we’re done. It’s just too frustrating to try to grab a soda, and more often than not, they forget to add cream to the drink, which is particularly annoying since it’s an extra expense.

After school one day, I went with my friends and ordered two drinks. They got one drink right, but instead of Dr Pepper, we received Mountain Dew. However, they promptly gave us a free drink that was correct. Plus, the donuts are absolutely the best!

Customized soft drinks may seem like a peculiar idea, but the menu here is truly impressive. If you haven't experienced it yet, it's definitely worth a try. The Highland location offers not only a classic drive-thru but also excellent counter service. It's no surprise that there's often a line!
