Pier 49 Pizza - American Fork

We ordered two pizzas, and while it is normally our favorite place to order pizza, this time was different. We got the pizza late (20 min), the pizza had almost no toppings, and the crust was 1/3 the size of the pizza. Again, the last 2 times we ordered, we were happy, but this time was a disappointment.

I'm not super impressed with this location. We ordered and sat down. There was no one else in the restaurant. 20 minutes later they handed our pizza to the wrong table. We noticed right away. They informed us that it had to be remade and baked. Why did they not confirm with the table that was what they ordered before placing it in front of them? We had 3 hungry, roudy kids and when we complained they offered us mints. Their customer service is lacking. The three stars are for the pizza because although we waited forever for it it was delicious.

The pizza is so good! We ordered two using a coupon. The presentation of the pizza was awesome. The vegetables were bright, beautiful, and plentiful!!! The mints were a nice way to finish our meal. Also, the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. It is worth the money.

Pier 49 is good pizza. I have ate there a couple of times and it was good. The service is fine and the prices seem a little higher than normal for a pizza place. I would go back if I was in the area.

Probably one of the worst pizza places I?ve ever tried. Cheese looked old, pepperoni looked undercooked. Overall the pizza was a mess and to make things worse our 2 litter soda was already expired. I?m always looking for a new pizza place and this isn?t it. This place can?t even follow instructions when I said no mushrooms and no olives!
