You want your Great Grand-Mother 's and Grand-Mother 's cooking? This is the place. If from Atlanta, this place is reminiscent of Mary Mac 's in Atlanta when the Lupo family owned the restaurant back in the '60 's and '70 's regarding the food savoriness and taste. We had fried chicken, collard greens, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac cheese, dressing, cranberry, pecan pie, like Momma used to make! and some of the best sweet in the South. Cafeteria self served style, come early, or, don 't complain about the offerings. but most delicious! Ignore the decor, its a basic cafeteria of sorts, that 's not what you came here for! It 's the food!

I am country girl and love the types of food they serve. Clean and friendly. Enjoy going there.

Very nice place really good food. I love the sheppard house. I love they're blueberry cheese cake it's too die for. When come out to sheppard house try they're blueberry cheese cake.
