Starbucks - Ames

I’ve been here multiple times and every time the same person who works (she hasn’t had a name tag on every time) is very rude. I have asked questions and had specific wants for my drink and every time she says no and doesn’t want to actually take the time to make my drink the way I normally get it at any other Starbucks. Very disappointed.

Didnt follow starbucks rules, tried to order with no ice but they said they can't do that however that goes against policy.

I went to order my drink and noticed an older female employee shouting profanities at another staff member in the back. It made me feel really uncomfortable, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Even though the lines can be long, they do a great job of keeping the wait time short. The staff is always friendly.
