You would think they would give me hot food if they knew the steak was so little meat. Or maybe give me a better steak if they knew they sent out old food. There is no way they didn't know that food was old. Probably from a plate that had been sitting there. Manager never came to ask or talk to its but was asking everyone around us. Waitress didn't ask if we wanted more drinks and was trying to rush us after just getting the food. They knew the quality of food they sent out and expected me not to say anything. In the end they kept the cold ribs and took off 8 dollars. Will not be back and I honestly wouldn't recommend this place. I couldn't imagine they treat all their customers like this. Arrived at 6 pm on a Friday night and the place was packed. I found (luckily) a seat at the bar and didn’t have to wait for a table. The bar service was friendly and efficient. There was a fun buzz. The food was very good and these days to get two sides with your steak is a treat and a bargain. I thought the quality for value was really good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and suggest you get there early! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I ate here last fall and found the steak to be dramatically undercooked and flavorless. So, I thought it had to be an anomaly considering the success of the restaurant, right? Nope. A $60 bone-in ribeye, **** red and cool, ordered medium. The meat was hard to cut and chew. Like Select-Grade or worse beef. Again. Maybe it’s just Ames? Maybe they suck. I’m leaning towards the latter. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
Texas roadhouse... Makes me think good beef and rolls that make you miss them when you leave. Thank you very much!
I was there twice in a week and can’t wait to go again. Celebrated my birthday there too . Stuffs are really welcoming. Talking about food, my friends say they serve one of the best steaks in US (I can’t say my opinion in this regard as I’m Hindu and I don’t eat beef (intentionally
