Simply, the place is slipped into food quality. there was a time when the Turkey Bacon Club was hard to beat....just a reminder now. the waiter was friendly and looked after us very well. atmosphere could use some updates. I hope the things are just from time, and there is room to improve in the future.
Long waiting time and high price for lean problems. my fiancée and I came for a late breakfast on Monday morning, there were only four more tables, but it took over half an hour before even water was brought to us, we got almost an hour after ordering our food not. I ordered a chic, the chicken was gummy and scaling as it was fresh from the microwave, the cubed kartoffels were cold and undercooked, the two slices of cheese upstairs were not enough that we could make the seams through their packaging, and the salsa was tomato flavored water poured on. the staff seemed stressed and busy, we didn't want to cause any fösse and had a good day, so I ate my side of pancakes and about a third of my skill, before I felt that I was my best effort, then we paid and left to run. I started feeling almost instantly uncomfortable and threw on target before I went home for one night and after the day of burning the gastrointestinal alkerze at both ends. I decided to come to the village on Wednesday, and was told that the GM/owner was not available, I got from him today. the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, who claimed to be the gm and peculiar, is rude and unapocal, he interrupted me frequently and asked me why we did not say anything at that time by telling me he had never complained about the fate. I was not offered an apology or sympathy and was called a sinner. highest price and worst breakfast experience in ames.
We sat for 45 minutes without being recognized. they might have been buried at 20%. 3 different server went past us several times. Eating was okay, but not going back.
Got my son's favorite pie, Lemon Supreme, for his birthday. Got it home, opened the box (should have looked closer, sooner, but had a long day and just wanted to get home) to a cracked, crusty top, with fly poop! Needless to say my son didn't get to eat his birthday pie. Disgusting!
