Starbucks - Amherst

I found myself wandering around in a delirium, yearning for coffee, sugar, and pre-packaged baked goods. Cresting the horizon I saw something... Hope. Inside this gleaming beacon of hot bean juice was an incredibly clean seating area. A staff that was friendly, spoke clearly, and were overall very kind ran the joint well. Nothing bad to say at all. Viva la bean juice.

My friend was picking up a mobile order for herself and me. This was her first time doing this and was unsure of the process, she saw a cup with her name on it however it was empty and patiently waited and did not ask because the baristas were busy. After about 30 minutes she was explained how it worked, they would make her drink once she got there and informed them she arrived so it would not settle. My friend apologized for misunderstanding. The black coffee was at this point lukewarm. The barista who explained this to her made mention of it to their coworker, another barista who referred to my friend as a “retard” within earshot. This was at about 10:30AM on 10/28. To top it off they did not even re-pour a new black coffee as a courtesy for what was simply a misunderstanding. Poor service and unfriendly staff.

People extremely friendly professional and fast at their jobs very thankful for all the workers at Starbucks really making my day !!! Keep up the amazing job !!

I always have a great experience at this location. Friendly staff! I don’t mind the wait if there is one, and my latte always tastes delicious.

I got a meeting here. I found that this franchise is cozy with a lot of tables and chairs in and out of it. I don’t see much of it in other Starbucks outlets in Buffalo. It has a wide range of parking spot and the staffs are really awesome for customers service.
