This is a positive experience, but it often feels a bit impersonal. The food is good and the staff is friendly, but there seems to be someone enforcing the rules too strictly.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seems more focused on smoking outside than serving customers. When someone enters the restaurant, they complain about having to stop smoking and attend to guests. After witnessing their behavior and listening to how they talk about customers—especially when they're just doing their jobs—I’ve decided that I won’t be returning, nor will my family. This place is quite ridiculous! The staff was unfriendly, and one of the employees seemed so out of it that she didn't even seem aware of what was happening around her. Overall, the customer service here is terrible, and the attitudes of the staff leave a lot to be desired!
The location is great, but it seems the staff isn't taking orders seriously. Each time I've ordered meatball melts, I've only received regular meatball subs—no extra cheese or any of the other toppings I asked for, and they don't resemble a meatball melt at all. This is the second time this has happened, so I don't think I'll be returning to this location.
I want to give a shout-out to the girl who made my sandwich today, wearing a Subway headband and with blonde hair. You were really nice and did a great job! Thank you so much!
