Feedback gevenWe waited in the drive-thru for an hour before our order was taken. The manager stepped away and asked another employee to assist us. This employee took our payment, gave us our change, and provided only one drink while mentioning she was supposed to be on break, then disappeared before completing the transaction. A few minutes later, a very friendly manager with pink hair came over. She was incredibly nice and even offered us cookies for the wait. It was clear she was having a tough night, especially with the other employee being extremely rude and not following through on her tasks. It was disappointing to hear her complain to customers about her own problems. Despite this, the pink-haired manager was wonderful, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel valued. I sympathize with her situation; she was doing a fantastic job. However, her employees could definitely use more training in customer service and care.
This location really needs to resume online ordering. There are so many rewards available in the app, but none can be utilized because this location doesn’t offer online ordering. Plus, you can’t even scan the paper receipt for points in the Taco Bell app since it's a KFC receipt. The dining area is still closed, leaving only the drive-thru as an option, where you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes. I've adjusted to the waiting time and, to be honest, I don't mind it much since I assume they are understaffed. However, I cannot overlook the lack of app access and online ordering. This franchisee urgently needs to embrace modern technology. It's also well past time to reopen the dining room and return to business as usual.
The service was incredibly slow, likely due to being understaffed. I waited in line for over 35 minutes, and when I finally reached the counter to order, I was told that Taco Bell was closed (it was 6 PM, even though the website states they close at 9 PM). Only the drive-thru and pickup were available. In the end, I ended up purchasing food I didn’t really want. I'm very disappointed.
This place is ridiculous. The dining room still isn't open as of September 2022. The line for the drive through is almost always way too long and slow. A couple of weeks ago they asked if I needed any sauces. When I got home, there was no sauce atall. The last time I went, I was in the drive through line waiting. I left a little space so that I wasn't blocking the entranceto the Good Will store next door. Some punk came up and cut in front of me. I tried nicely to let him know I was inline but heignored me. I deserve a statue in my likeness for not ripping him out of his car when I really, really wanted to. I did use alot of really profane words so not a statue, maybe just a plaque.
It 's been 2.5 years post COVID and this is the ONLY fast food place still shutting down their dining room at weird times. I EVEN called ahead and the lady on the phone said yes, the dining room will be open and i got there and it was closed. Took mybusiness elsewhere.
