Greco Pizza Donair - Amherst

I had a terrible experience at Greco's today. The staff treated me horribly and harassed me. I understand the need for Covid precautions, but this went too far. I have ordered from Greco's before, typically walking in, placing my order, waiting, and then leaving. Today, however, when I walked in and placed my order, I was accused of having the virus. I was asked to wait outside, while others were allowed to wait inside without any issue. After 20 minutes, the staff asked me to leave the property, claiming it was due to Covid complaints. I asked for a refund and decided I would never return to Greco's. I have never been so harassed over something so minor. This experience was truly abysmal, and the staff should be ashamed of their behavior.

I keep getting burnt pizza so I switched it up and decided to give a sub a try.....the bun was very very stale, and the outside was black I couldn't eat it, I'm not sure if there oven is broken or if they just don't care but all I get from them now is burnt product and not resolution when I call in to request a refund of replacement in fact once they asked me to hold and just never came back to the phone (I turned it on speaker phone and waited nearly 20 minutes)I don't know if they need new management or if management needs to be there more often but I won't be going back for a long time. I don't eat out often and when I do I don't really enjoy eating charcoal.

I went there once and the pizza was so tough and cold , I couldn't even eat it. We went there again and it was good. I find it Depends who's working at the time whether it will be good or not

Not my favorite place to eat. Pizza is just so so. Not nearly has good as oven fired pizza places. meats are good quality.

Dropped in on the way home to get a take out pizza. While waiting, chatted with a customer who came in after me. After a bit, they announced that his order was ready. Hmmmmm, I ordered quite some time before he did. Where's my pizza? "We LOST your order" How do you lose an order when you have 2 whole customers who EACH ordered a 12 inch pizza. It took 58 mins at a FAST food restaurant to get their act together. To top it off the crust was over cooked and rather tough. Ridiculous level of service
