McDonald's - Amherstburg

Havent been to one in years. The burgers are smaller and very greasy. The fries were not very edible as they were dry. I must say the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Just a heads up, don't go there when the high school students are out, very noisy and they just stand and loiter mostly. Not 5 stars but what do you expect, its fast food.

Our Amherstburg McDonald's is like all McDonald's, as it must be - but the staff at the Amherstburg branch is friendly and very efficient!

When I'm craving Rotten Ronnie's, I come here since its the closest location to my home.We all know that McDonalds is not 5 star dining however you do have some level of standards and expectations!The drive-thru is quite fast and the orders are usually correct ... but go in and its a different story!You actually have to wait for quite some time before receiving your order. Quite often your standing there in excess of 5+ minutes with a bunch of other people and feeling like sheep herded into a pen (well I do anyways). It looks over staffed behind the counter and my impression is that everyone is pretending to be busy yet nothing seems to be getting done!The last few times I dined in, there was not one table available in the dining section. All the tables were occupied by people who clearly were not eating McDonalds products! I seen Tim Horton beverages and home packed containers that patrons were eating from! There was even a large section where 2 McDonalds staff appeared to be on a break. They were sitting and chatting with other people and not one person had any food or beverages in front of them! I had to sit at a stool beside the drink dispenser area and I have balance issues.The food... is what you expect from McDonalds. There has never been a drastic change in quality other than it always looks thrown together and never looks like it does in the pictures.My suggestion, drive to Windsor if your craving that special sauce!

Service was average. Drive through takes priority as always and when busy you are kept waiting. Prices for food there has gone to high. It is not what it once use to be.

Went to get a small pancake and a frappe, was told to pull around to wait for the frappe because the machine was being filled with ice.
