I had an excellent experience at the Golden Star. The portions are quite generous. The wonton soup was served piping hot, and the special was nearly too much for me to finish! I requested some vegetables, and the waitress brought them out perfectly cooked. I left feeling very satisfied, and the prices are reasonable! I’ll definitely be returning.

This restaurant has an amazing staff! We've been frequent visitors, and the food is fantastic! If you're coming with one or two people, I recommend ordering the combos for the best value. Otherwise, go for the dinner options! Also, feel free to drop by for a beer if you’d like!

This unique spot, combining a Chinese take-out vibe with a sports bar atmosphere, may not appeal to everyone, but as a local who frequently visits for their Wednesday $4 special, it’s one of my favorite places. The restaurant is family-owned, and the staff are friendly, making an effort to get to know their regular customers.

This is a Kingston classic. John Tse is a fantastic cook. The family helps run the restaurant. It's actually on County road 33 in Amherstview

Always pleasant service and specials are great, when John first moved there rice wasn't great but now it's excellent.
