Mature the laien maxx special was not as good as well as promoted very expensive compared to competitive good quality and service overall

I ordered through Careem, order was missing and wrong, I tried to complain that I got missing stuff but they didn't seem to care it was a delivery problem, was disappointed for paying for stuff i didn't receive, being a regular customer I usually get better service, yet when they do a mistake no one cares to fix it!!!

Worst Drive thru system in all resturants. 10 mins and still counting to make order for one car.

Bad experience more than 3 times. There are always missing items from the order. I ever received an order with an entirely missing meal! Don't recommend for anyone.

Really horrible experience. Ok so im the type of person that does not write bad reviews but im making an exception in this case. Had 3 visits in the course of my stay in Amman for about a year. Had to wait 15 minutes on the drive through window then parked far away only to come into the restaurant and find the staff taking a break in the backroom and no cashier in sight. As if that was not horrible enough.. the chicken was undercooked and inedible. Visited again twice and the drive through had the same problem. The staff kept ignoring the drive through window. And got the order wrong 2/3 times. Never even got an apology. Always an excuse and a deal-with-it attitude from the staff. Stay away !
