Via Appia Restaurant Bar - Amman

I have the FOOD HERE! This hotel has the best buffet food I had in over 20 years. Some of the things I had. One was a tomato and herbal soup. Yes, you can taste basil, but it also had some other herbs in it. They taste the freshness of herbs and tomatoes. You can say it was done this day and it wasn't from a can. The second article was alfredo pasta. It was creamy. The right balance of mushrooms. Great pasta. So the sauce stayed at the pasta. It was AWESOME!!!

Il cibo era squisito soprattutto l’angoscia beef cucinato in modo ineccepibile. Grazie per l’ottima accoglienza.
