Dutch Bros Coffee - Ammon

The broistas here are genuinely the nicest people I have ever met, they are extremely kind and caring to any stranger who comes through. Their customer service is above and beyond in so many ways. I have been blown away by their kindness several times. The way that they will go out of their way just to cheer up a customer is unlike any other business I have been to. This kind of atmosphere is what has me coming to this location again and again.

I order a strawberry smoothie every time. It's usually on point the crew that work September 1st 2023 at 1:00 is a worse. I've ever experienced. They rushed through the drink. They put people that were behind us in front of us and the strawberry smoothie was most nastyst thing I've ever drank my whole life. It tasted like a sour sock, dirty sock. It was by far not okay. I took one drink and almost threw up but I was already down the road and I did not want to turn around. Very upset. I want my money back and I probably will never go there again. I will go to the other Dutch Bros and see if they do better. Very disappointed. Never have I been treated like this by the service people or tasted anything as nasty as this drink. It was like it was sour sour milk
