Panda Express - Ammon

Quick and easy online order. We had a pretty big order, so we waited for less than 5 minutes after the food was to be ready. The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and the 5 minutes extra was worth it 100%.

I gave this place a few chances. They always screw up. We always go in and they fix it. Today was different as we ordered orange chickens and they informed us that it was a waiting period because they were outside. My family agreed and we waited almost 20 minutes to miss an order of orange chicken. I went in and when I talked to the attitude behind the counter, she informed me that I could wait or get something else. Since I had already waited almost 20 specifically for orange chicken I was? no longer wait. I specifically said that they should balance something if I've been waiting for the orange chicken to be done and they've messed up. The employee was very rude about things and should probably find a job that is not in customer service. It is clear that she has a lot of attitude and is entitled to work a customer service job.

Disgusting food! I am a frequent customer at the other Idaho Falls location. At least once a week. I tried this place about two weeks ago the meat I always ordered was as coarse literally tasteful as sweaty dirty socks. (Literal made me gag after I had put it on my mouth) I'm not sure what's happening to him this day. Then today, as I work nearby, I decided to try again. Just never let me say again. The food tasted good, but now I'm sick and bad. I felt completely good before I consumed this food. This place should be shut down, a terrible name out there for Panda Express!

We were at this point on several occasions and never had a bad experience here. The food was always fresh and warm. Even if we do it through Doordash. They were fast, service always friendly, and have always managed to be satisfied after every meal. Would highly recommend this Panda location

This is the third time I've been here recently and I always get the same thing, fried rice with orange chicken. They always give me chow mein, at which is nasty and disgusting. I've called and they always refuse to fix the order mess up. Most definitely will not be returning. This is gross and not a way I'd want my business ran.
