Rkn Beach Resort - Amphoe Muang Phuket

The location is one of best. Very natural Ambiance. Well kept trees and gardens. Play area is large. Tennis, shuttle, cricket area are good but. Children play area need to be cleaned as birds excrete during night time. Good they have cycles and life GAURD on the beach. The entrance doors are shabby needs painting/ polish. Booked 4 rooms. Stayed in 108 on 21st and 22 nd Jan. rooms are spacious n clean. The staff at reception courteous, check in and out pleasant. The worse is the restaurant, not only the food average but the staff are bad mannered, their service was undesirable. If any body damaging reputation is that is the staff of restaurant personal. The hotel positivities are neutralised by the restaurant staff and food quality. Amazing place, had a lot of fun and great time at the resort! So much to do, lots of activities for every age group to bond with your loved ones family. Thank you so much for the hospitality. P.S: Agoda has good options for booking as it gives good offer and best rate possible. Food drinks: Not that great especially for vegetarians, could have done better, Chinese dishes were not good, Paratha were too thick and doughy. Can be improved definitely. We stayed in this resort during Christmas..booked through Agoda..paid a hefty amount for this.. room curtain n bedsheets were stinky and full of dust first day ..after complain..they cleaned everything.. food was below average..only plus point was that beach was close to resort.. The location is very good. But the rooms are not as expected. I even found bed bugs in the sheets. For the amount they charge i expected a better looking room. But it looks very cheap. The outdoor and indoor activities area is very good. That is the only thing I loved about the resort. They have all kinds of games and you can spend a nice time in those. The entry to the resort also looks shabby. Overall if the rooms had more luxurious feel it would have been nice . Rooms: Rooms are a big downside. They don't have the premium feel.
