We ordered the surf and turf, the porterhouse, the confeit de lechon and the grilled cowboy steak. Everyone loved their food. The steaks were perfectly prepared. The mashed potatoes and stuffed mushrooms to die for. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to a return.
Considering this costs an extra $30 per person and isn't included in the all inclusive resort price this place was a fail. Forgot my order, gave my girlfriend the wrong order (she ordered the whole lobster and they gave her the tails instead). When the right order finally came out, she probably ended up getting less lobster meat for double the price. Lobster body was cleaned of any meat and substance. Would not go back here again especially after spending an extra $150 just to dine here
The service I feel is very good. The food I think is a hit and miss. What I mean is they aren't consistent with medium rare or medium. Granted they did ask for all of us to test out our cuts. One friend got a overly fatty cut of NY that was way too rare, I got a tenderloin that was too far past medium. If it wasn't for our families timeshare using points for all inclusive I'm not sure I would want to pay out of pocket for this level of inconsistency.
Got in early, waited almost an hour for our food, ordered the surf and turf I love lobster when the food finally showed up after coffee to keep us awake. Everything except the extra order of mash potatoes was cold lobster, butter and the steak. Unfortunately I was super hungry and paid $50 something and left hungry to eat tacos in my room. Was very disappointed. At least the room tacos where included :
They were able to seat our party of 7 fairly quick at 9:00pm on a Saturday evening, the service was friendly and quick, and the New York steak and Beef tenderloin were the highlights of the main courses. The alfajor was absolutely delicious they mastered the art of light buttery cookie layers and filling them with caramel/dulce de leche in between. I would get your own! No sharing! The wait time is a bit longer for your main course, as I think their kitchen requires additional prep time. The patio area is a great place to sit to overlook the ocean, but it doesn't have A/C. Overall, it was a great restaurant at an all inclusive hotel!!! Oh....and they do carry A 1 sauce!
