15 years I’ve been coming to Cabo, and I’ve eaten at the best of the best, Comal, abertinenes, Acre, Manta. Last night I ate at the best of all of them for the first time. Picaro where have you been. Stunning views, farm to table, huge portions (pork shank), the shrimp Diablo has one huge shrimp and 100 pieces of cut up shrimp mixed through out the pasta (homemade pasta I might add) , the beet salad came to table singing a medley, drinks were totally interesting(Burnt Wine) , the sides were all fair and had ingredients and flavors you don’t find elsewhere. We stay at Diamante and will come here (3x) on our next visit and eat three different entrees. The presentations of the meals and sides were stunning. Karla was fabulous as our server and the place itself is beautiful and elegant and very quiet. Beautiful live guitar music and it was too loud. But rather perfect. It’s one mile past Diamante at the new Rancho San Lucas. Best restaurant I’ve eaten at in Cabo in over 10 years.
