Run by a great young chef, we had fun and friendly service from a young, international and dynamic crew. A refreshing change from the (also delicious! local pub grub. A nicely curated wine list. Highly recommend, and will certainly be back.
Absolutely fabulous food. I would recommend the taster menu.
We stumbled across this place while passing through Dingle, and it was one of the standout meals we had during our trip! Lovely ambiance that was super cozy and warm. The staff were all extremely attentive and friendly, really exceptional service. The food was incredible! Probably the best lamb I’ve ever had. We felt it was extremely reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend making reservations to make sure you get to experience this sweet place!
In Dingle to find a restaurant that has a free table is not so easy if you did not reserve a few days in advance. We were lucky that the country to Sea had another table, not because of the table but because of the food that was delicious, with the best so far in Ireland. The ambience of the restaurant has a somewhat sterile effect on the first impression, but you forget it very quickly when talking to the very friendly and accommodating service staff. We had a salad with the Dingle Seespinne and a Paprikadipp, very fresh in taste and excellently seasoned. Then there was seaweed, spinach, butter potatoes and an excellent champagne sauce. At the end, we had a baby Guiness burned Crème brulée from Baileys with a chocolate mousse with Kahlua. All TOP! Finding a restaurant in Dingle that has a free table is not so easy if you haven't booked a few days in advance. We were lucky that Land to Sea still had a table, not because of the table but because of the food, which was delicious, one of the best in Ireland so far. The amibiente of the restaurant seems a bit sterile at first impression, but you forget that very quickly when you start talking to the very friendly and courteous service staff. We had a salad with Dingle spider crab and a paprika dip, very fresh in taste and excellently seasoned. Then we had the hake with sea fennel, spinach, buttered potatoes and an excellent sauce champagne. To finish, we treated ourselves to a Baileys crème bruléeed with baby Guiness and a chocolate mousse with Kahlua. Everything TOP!
