Feedback gevenThis was a surprising gem to find on our first night in Dingle. If you’re a foreigner like me and might pass this place by because you want something more “local” and “Irish” you should think again. There is nothing more Irish than locally sourced ingredients. The Blasket Island lobster and the Cromane oysters were stand out, and the service was impeccable.
We have just finished dinner. What an absolute delight this place is! Food is amazing, if you are from Melbourne think MoVida. Staff were amazing service was attentive even though they were very busy. Plan ahead and make a reservation
Had a fabulous tapas dinner. Service was great and quick, atmosphere was just right, and the food was truly really really good. We tried out 5 or 6 tapas dishes and all of them were excellent. Highly recommend Solas.
Once again an outstanding delivery from solas tapas. Third time here and each meal is just as good and even better than the last. If you want the best of local produce with a twist, this is the place to go. We can’t even say which dish was the highlight as they were individually sensational, but the Ajo blanco sauce with the prawns was something special! Cannot wait to return for a fourth time when we go back to Ireland again. Book a table to avoid disappointment! What we ate: Scallop ceviche, apple ginger Oysters, seaweed kimchi Anchovies, seaweed pesto manchego Chorizo Manchego/ Mushroom Croquettes Prawns, Ajo blanco, grapes and tomato Fig tempura, Goats Cheese Honey Prawn crayfish courgette flower, romesco Bravas Chocolate fondant
