We came across this quaint cafe-restaurant down an old cobbled pretty street. Lunch was an amazing freshly made pizza to order with juicy toppings!! And a tasty Italian salad. Well worth a visit.
Extremely expensive ice coffee ... the expresso was 5€ which is more than in Zurich Switzerlnd but some other restaurants offer the same price ...
We had a very short visit in Capri and wanted to cool down on a very hot July day. On the way back to the funicular we decided to have some ice cream and coffee in this cafe and sat inside. When I didn't see any prices by the ice cream I asked one of the waiters and he told me, remarking the prices were in the menu. I thought that was a bit unfriendly but I let it slip past me. The ice cream was good and so was the coffee. The prices were as expected for Capri, so be prepared to pay a bit more than in Sorrento. The cafe has a nice interior, I didn't use the toilets so I can't comment. Overall it was a nice stop to escape the heat.
We had a lovely lunch at this cafe. It is apart of Grand Hotel Qvisisana, but still, the price was nothing crazy. You received the elegance and flair of the Qvisisana without breaking your wallet. Personally, I felt that placing the restaurants cafe along the street surrounding the hotel was a very nice touch. It should definitely be a stop on your visit to Capri.
We stopped here for lunch as we were wandering around Capri . It is part of the Grand Hotel Qvisisana and is a great place to have a nice lunch . Very helpful , friendly staff and good food and wine ....Perfect !
