We decided to try the carver’s cafe while visiting the casino. we were very surprised when they were playing the swinomish fries are bombing! then we had the best fried steak ever! it was a lot, so we both took the half home. even her hot chocolate hit the square. all there were very friendly. the only thing is that they closed by 1 clock instead of 2 clock as website said, but that was late enough!

We dined at Carvers for Thanksgiving dinner with a group of eight family members and returned for breakfast for four the next day. Several of us ordered the turkey special, which included pie, but after finishing our meal, our plates were left in front of us while we were presented with the bill. When we inquired about dessert, it was clear that our server was eager for us to leave. The following morning, I joined three others from our party after they had already received their meals, and it took over an hour to receive a simple two-egg breakfast. Once again, their plates remained in front of them after they finished eating. Considering that the restaurant was not busy both times, it felt as if they were trying to rush us out. Overall, the food was mediocre. The turkey, potatoes, and gravy were good, but the stuffing and rolls were disappointing. The rolls were so hard that we had trouble cutting them with a steak knife—they were like hockey pucks.
